* WHAT TYPES OF DIETS WILL BE GIVEN ?
We will give you a special low carbohydrate diet plan which will be delicious and of your choice. A. For vegetarians we allow you with Butter, Cheese, Mayonnaise, Ghee, Oil, Tofu, Paneer, Milk & Milk products, Dry Fruits, Sprouts, Dal, Chapati, Soya Milk, Fruits, Vegetables, Water melon juice, Diet coke, Pepsi, Delight Drinks.But you have to avoid underground vegetable ie potatoes, beetroot, carrot, sugar but can have sugar free. Rice & Rice products ie Idli, Dosa, Dokla, Upma, Poha and some fruits but just for 5 days a week ie Mon to Friday. Two days ie Sat, Sunday is a Holiday you can eat whatever you want but still lose weight amazing right. B. For Non Vegetarian you can enjoy your meals with Fish, Chicken, Mutton, Egg not just 1 or 2, 20 in no/day.
* WILL I FEEL WEAK WHEN ON PROGRAMME?
No, u don't get any weakness as we are not compromising on the amount of food you take it just a type of food instead you feel more energetic, your hair and skin become better.
* CAN I EAT OUTSIDE FOOD AS I TRAVEL OFTEN?
A special diet plan will be provided to you by our Nutritionist when you are travelling depending on the place and you can also have restaurant food ie Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Sizzlers and more..
* CAN I HAVE HARD DRINKS?
Of course you can have hard drinks like Vodka, Bacardi, Rum etc when on programme.
* WILL I GAIN THE WEIGHT AGAIN?
Nothing is permanent in this world but in our programme we give you a maintenance programme after you lose your targeted weight so that you never gain weight. If you put on 1/2kg or 1kg just feel free to give us a call and take 3-4 days diet and knock off that weight there itself before its late. You are always welcomed.
